This policy explains what information Positive Communications LLC (“Trazday”, “we”, “us”) processes when you use the Trazday application and this website, why we use it and what choices you have.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information you provide

Account information

  • Name and email address.
  • Password, if you sign up with email.
  • Basic details from your Google account, if you choose to sign in with or link your Google account.
  • Profile photo and interface language, if you set them.

Workspace information

  • Work teams, boards, folders and their settings (for example, public or private, favorites).
  • Tasks and their details: owners, status, schedule, deadline, priority, estimated time and impact.
  • Messages and updates within tasks, mentions and attachments.
  • General board information and board files.
  • Email addresses of people you invite to a team or board.
  • Alerts and notification preferences you set.
  • Suggestions or feedback you send us from the app.

Demo requests

If you request a demo on this website, the form validates your details and opens your email app with a message addressed to contact@trazday.com. We only receive that information if you send the email.

3. Technical and security information

  • Information about the devices and sessions you sign in from, so you can see and close them from your profile.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) settings.
  • Identifiers needed to send you notifications in the app or on your device.
  • Anti-abuse verification signals on sign-in forms (reCAPTCHA).

Pending confirmation: Complete inventory of technical logs (e.g. IP addresses and server logs) and their retention period.

4. Cookies

This website uses a single first-party cookie that stores the language you pick manually. See the Cookie Policy for details, including the tools the application currently loads.

5. Analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools.

6. How we use information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
  • To provide the service: display and sync boards and tasks, reorder tasks with the prioritization feature and enable collaboration between members.
  • To send service notifications such as assignment notices, mentions, reminders about unfinished tasks and alerts you schedule.
  • To manage the free trial, subscriptions, payments and invoices.
  • To protect the security of accounts and the service and prevent abuse.
  • To respond to your questions and support or demo requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

7. Service providers

We share information with providers who help us operate the service, only as needed. Based on the application's current implementation:

  • Stripe: payment processing and card management.
  • Google: Sign in with Google, Firebase services used by the app (real-time database and notification messaging) and reCAPTCHA.

Pending confirmation: Hosting and infrastructure providers for the application (the API is served from trazday.gnovalty.com).

Pending confirmation: Transactional email provider.

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Payment information

Your card details are entered in a form provided by Stripe and processed by Stripe. We keep the information needed to manage your subscription, such as the plan, payment status and the email address invoices are sent to.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as optional two-factor authentication, per-device session management and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure; if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will inform you as required by law.

10. Data retention

We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes described.

When you delete your account, the app tells you the period during which you can recover it.

Pending confirmation: Retention periods after account deletion and after a trial ends without a subscription.

11. Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, object to certain processing or request portability. You can edit your profile and delete your account from the app, and email us at contact@trazday.com for any other request.

Pending confirmation: Legal review of the applicable rights and supervisory authorities in Peru, Colombia, the United States and other countries where the service is offered.

12. International processing

Positive Communications LLC is based in the United States and some providers may process information in other countries. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.

13. Children

Trazday is a service for work teams and is not directed to children.

Pending confirmation: Minimum age to create an account.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are material, let you know.
